Job Summary:
As an Appliance Repair Technician, you’ll diagnose and repair a wide range of household appliances, including refrigerators, washers, dryers, stoves, ovens and dishwashers.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair major home appliances (and commercial)
   

• Communicate clearly with customers about needed repairs and costs
   

• Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and parts used
   

• Order and manage parts inventory as needed
   

• Ensure customer satisfaction with every job
   

• Adhere to all safety standards
   

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in appliance repair (preferred but not required)
   

• Valid driver's license
   

• Goodcommunication and customer service skills
   

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various indoor environments
